"Super disappointed in my experience with this place. I get botox for migraines and found them listed as a provider on the botox website. I called to make an appointment and asked to make sure that they do botox for migraines. I took off work to be there and paid my $40 copay, only to have a PA rush in basically out of breath to tell me that they don't do botox for migraines anymore. She acted like she had no time for me and basically rushed out as quickly as she rushed in. I was so frustrated. A total waste of time and money."
"Dr Narain wouldn’t even listen to me rushed to get out of room, very upset at this practice and how they handled me as a first patient appt. I’m a lupus and cancer chronic pain patient now with no medication just moved from out of state and have procedures next week and I’m in severe pain with narrowing in spine arthritis and joint pain. Can’t do daily activities and need help filed for disability cause I can’t function and have 35 specialist I’m seeing. They should try to work with patients and be kind. I felt discrimination was a key because they pushed me out the door basically"
"This office is very exceptional! Dr. Narains staff is Very kind and genuinely listened and cared about My pain and how they could help. I did a 7 day test trial on a Implant prior to a surgery. during which Walker consistently called me and asked about my Pain to check on how I was doing. Would for sure recommend."
"I have been trying to get my insurance straightened out since 31 August. I will be out of my pain meds in 2 days. The pain center refuses to refill my prescriptions until I see my doctor and they refuse to refill my meds without an appointment which they refuse to schedule. What a screwed up organization. My pain doc that I've been seeing for almost 14 years started there on 1 September."
"I'm still getting over the trauma of my last provider, AZ Pain Doctors (3 years with them). Staff and doctors here at TPC, have been amazing and have helped me regain trust through their treatment towards me as a patient, not a customer. Instead of leaving every appointment and procedure frustrated and upset (like with my last office), I leave content and confident, feeling heard, understood and updated on upcoming surgeries, procedures and tests. They are available in real-time should something go wrong at home. I'm not waiting weeks and weeks to see them when something needs to be addressed urgently. I feel more a part of my medical team and not just their subject. It is refreshing. And when it comes to scheduling procedures and surgeries, they aren't scheduled months out but weeks. That's a very big improvement and they watch orders submitted for prior authorization as often as they can. Meaning I don't have to do it, like I did in my last clinic. It's not perfect, and it will take some time for them to know me and my complex medical history but we will figure it out, as we have been since I first entered their practice."
