"Going to try to keep this short. Dr. Amols is amazing. In 2019, we worked directly with him and had an amazing result on the first attempt. Our latest experiences have been completely different. It’s NOT because the result hasn’t been what we hoped for. The key difference is that we no longer worked with Dr. Amols, but instead nurse practitioners. We felt like just another number. The staff also made a number of gaffes, one of them even occurring on the day of the last procedure. The administering practitioner expected my wife to take a drug that she was never instructed to take. She entered the room unprepared. There’s a list of other issues as well. Long story short, we decided to make a change and try elsewhere. If we felt the level of attention and communication was even close to where it was in 2019, we would still be trying at New Direction. Again, we can’t thank Dr. Amols enough for our experience several years ago. It was first rate. If you are thinking about using New Direction, I strongly recommend that you work with Dr. Amols directly throughout the process."
