"You are better off telling people, you are not taking in new pt.s, versus lying to them that our insurance is not accepted at your office. Agent in the office clearly stated, we are not excepting your insurance in this office, we don’t take your Ins. - then you tell my insurance company that’s not what you said. Why would I call my insurance to tell you that you are within Network, if you’re not taking pt.s? I have common sense enough to know, not to call an insurance company over an office that is not taking in pt.s! Do better than this office staff, that’s not helpful to people with my condition. At least I found out now, I may have been giving my time to an office who would/could possibly be lying to me about my health, if you can’t be honest about Ins. and your intake status. Do better!"
