We spent two hours with him being extremely well to use his words intimidating. As soon as the call disconnected I cried and called Idonna once I was calm she was astonished at what I had described. I said I should not have been treated as such and wish to file a grievance, I filed and within two weeks was let go by guess who! Martin himself made sure Idonna was out of the office and that he would cover for her and he let me go that next Monday. This is a place of recovery and wellness yes?? Then why when your employee is not working as you wish for them to, do you use a negative approach when what we are teaching the Clients is positivism? He said he was a Teacher before he came to this Company well if he taught like that in the classes that is abuse!"
