"One day i was limping at work one day because my right foot was hurting a little so i assumed it was just a wedged nerve....woke up the next morning, i had the most painful foot..it was very swollen and it was a pain to even touch the floor..i needed to see my doctor ASAP...i called for a appointment for same day and they gave me a spot for this morning but for a different doctor..had alot of blood drawings and xrays done and got diagnosed hours later...my problem was much worse than we thought...i am much better now i havent had any problems ever since but i still need to see a podiatrists...Im glad they gave me same day appointment because i would've been waiting for hours in the ER"

"This used to be a great doctors office. I use to got an appointment that day or at least by the next day. However, since Banner took over it's terrible. It takes a minimum of 15 mins on hold to get anyone to answer, and that's on a good day. Usually it's somewhere around 30 mins, on hold, just to get an appointment for next week because today or tomorrow is never avalible. Like I said you can NEVER get an appointment same day. You will be extremly lucky if you get one that week. If its a holiday, forget it don't even waste your time, just go to urgent care or a minute clinic. I called with a sore thoat I thought might be strep throat and they told me to go to Banner urgent care. Ha, yeah right, like I'm going to go to a worse Banner facility. I went to minute clinic instead."
