"There was very little wait at the clinic. Dr. Thompson was very welcoming. The procedure was very quick. Another referral was placed with Dr. Thompson for investigation of an issue during my 6 week follow up of my surgery. Having already been treated by Dr. Thompson, it was a relief to be treated by someone I was already familiar."

"The doctors are great but the administration staff needs some serious work. It always seems they are not happy working there - whether it's there attitude or demeanor. People are in pain - they do not need sour faces and attitudes when they walk in. Another pet leave of mine....cell phones shouldn't be used while at the desk. Makes patients feel like we aren't worth their time, when their time is paid for partially by the patient. My last visit I watched someone in scrubs sitting and playing a coloring game. They need to do better!"

"If I could give this location and Dr Sherman zero stars I would. Turned me away when I was on time for my appointment. Scottsdale Core's scheduling has just about the worst communication abilities out of any office I've ever been to. And judging by the other reviews I'm not alone in my frustration. Get it together guys."
