"All around terrible clinic, from start to finish. I made an appointment to see the doctor, they had me meet with the PA without my consent. They immediately were pushing IVF to sell a product without seeing any of my labs. The PA was clueless, and had to follow up with me after discussing with the doctor. I voiced my concerns over their methods and they just argued with me and refused to provide me with any legitimate solution. They are pathetic and should be ashamed of themselves. This is a sensitive situation for people and this clinic is taking advantage of vulnerable individuals in order to pad their pockets. They should be embarrassed."

"We started our IVF journey in July of 2021 and successfully had our IVF baby April 2023 after only one transfer. The staff and Dr. C were extremely helpful and polite every time we were there, very informative also. They outlined everything and were very responsive when questions arrived. If I were to do IVF again I will be going back to IVF Phoenix. Hands down the best, I had consults by two other clinics in the valley and they were not as compassionate and just brushed everything off on being overweight. Dr. C not once mentioned weight loss as a requirement before starting any IVF processes, it was quite refreshing to not have that be the one and only thing you leave an appt with."

"I found this to be an unpleasant experience due to the following reasons. I've tried to stay as objective as possible and my review is in no way affected by the results of the IVF process (that's in mother nature's hands). But these things they can control: - On several occasions the doctor was significantly late for our Zoom meetings. We all have lives here, your time is not more important than ours. Honor agreements and meetings. - When the NP was instructing us on the medication/shots process she was jittery and discombobulated. She even pricked herself with the syringe while instructing us on safety! I felt her head was somewhere else and her body was in manic overdrive. - We never really spent time with the same NP ever. It was always a rotation of individuals and we were constantly repeating ourselves which indicates to me they have a sloppy internal system. - One of the front desk staff members was disinterested and flat out condescending. Not just once... consistently enough that I mentioned it to the manager. Considering the amount of money we're paying, you would think their front desk staff would treat us real nice like. But instead we were treated like two nerds trying to get into a hot night club. If I were to do this all over again I just can't see myself using IVF Phoenix again. We chose them for cost reasons but now I know where the cost savings went. For another round I'd seek out a slightly more expensive place that has a better office culture, better internal organization and communications, and better trained NPs. Take this as just one mans experience, do your research and good luck!"

"IVF Phoenix and their staff are OUTSTANDING! Dr. C is an out of the box thinker and we have felt so confident going through this process with him as our doctor. Nicole, Taylor, Inna, Danny, Larrisa, Lenny and Mary have been SO supportive throughout this experience! This is not an easy journey and nothing is guaranteed. There is no team I would rather go through this process with, they've become family! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything!!! Many thanks to Lily at the Scottsdale office as well. I have had multiple appointments at both offices and after each one, I know I made the right choice. Dr. Couvaras is brilliant. He provides education, compassion, excellent care, individual attention and I’m not sure how he does it as I can only imagine that his workload is comparable to Elon Musk’s.
