"So this place was very clean and i was welcomed by name as soon as i walked in the door. My nurse was super nice and spent plenty of time going over my paperwork and answering questions. The anesthesiologist came in and went over a few things a little quicker bc she had laryngitis and was coughing. She was kind enough to wear a mask. The doctor came in cracking jokes and got some back which lightened the mood a bit bc i dont like having surgery and was quite nervous. The only reason i didnt give this group a 5 star rating was bc when i was taken into the operating room some of the communication broke down. A laid down on the table, it was cold they got me extra blankets and bam i felt funny. They had already injected me there was no do you have any last minute questions it was total distraction and kapow. Then heres the oxygen you need to breathe. Also, im hard to wake up and an aftercare paper would have been nice. Like no lifting or bending for this long, or do this the day after, or if your throat is killing you from the tube being placed down it do this (which mine did for several days). Or here is a phone number to call if you feel you need to speak to someone. Granted the dr did call me from a restricted number to check on me and spoke to me briefly that night. Which was nice. If there were a few changes i would have given it a 5 star rating. But i did not experience any of the problems others did in the other reviews. Everyone was very friends and kind."

"These people should be shut down. My insurance paid them over $300 for a consultation. They were supposed to call me with results on a test...they were also supposed to send me a referral for something else...that was LAST October. Have not heard a peep. Had to go to another doctor. They want another $47 copay...I find myself asking, for what...see you in #3!! Before I pay a dime."

"Went here for a surgical consult after reading that they offer robotic / laparoscopic surgery options. The Dr would not do a laparoscopic surgery until the 3rd or later surgery attempt; I found out after the consult was complete. So, they really don't offer laparoscopic surgery. Also, the staff there was very rude and didn't properly verify my benefits after repeated requests to do so. They just called to confirm I had a policy and then they told me what benefits I had and tried to explain how insurance works; again rudely. After chatting with the office manager, they finally got the insurance info correct. By that time I already had another consult with a laparoscopic surgeon who actually offers laparoscopic surgery for a "routine" surgery on the first visit. I would avoid this surgery center, but YMMV. This was at Third Street Surgical 2320 N. 3rd St."

"I’m writing this review to express sincere gratitude for Louvelle. I’m not sure of her position there but she answered the phone when I called to verify an appointment made that I was not aware of. I was concerned because I had no knowledge of an appointment and my doctor’s had made no referrals for me to be seen there. Louvelle worked it out, the appointment was someone else with same name. Thank you Louvelle! You are awesome."
