"Very professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Thomas Wall of Scottsdale and staff took care of the procedure and follow up therapy was second to none. I would recommend the procedure to everyone I know. Top notch and professional . Pain free after 4 months. Able to hike the North Rim Canyon and continue my daily activities pain free."
"Could not walk without a cane! The first week of Jan 2021 Dr Wall did PRP on my right hip and I got relief. Then he did PRP again the first week of Feb 2021 and now in April I am walking 2 miles a Day. How great it is to get out walking !"
"I went to Dr. Wall for chronic knee pain. I have had one TKR and 8 other knee surgeries, so I am highly familiar with knee issues and orthopedic surgeons, options, rehab etc. In the near future I will need that knee replaced. When I went for my appointment, I had to wait for an hour. (This was one of the first appointments of the day!). Dr. Wall advised that I have PRP injections immediately, even without an X-ray of my knee! I did request and X-ray. Dr. Wall ordered one, but although I had driven 100 miles to see him, he couldn't see me after the X-rays were taken. PRP is the only thing that Dr. Wall highly recommended as a treatment plan. This is not covered by any insurance. I contacted the office twice for results of my X-ray, and what my "report was". I finally got a medical report, and Dr Wall had written a report on the WRONG knee!! And indicated that I should continue with my "physical therapy program"! This was never discussed at the time of my visit! I have since gone to another orthopedic surgeon who informed me that I was absolutely not a candidate for PRP. My knee was to deteriorated to receive any benefit at all from this treatment. This physician also advised me that the research is not that positive on PRP, and that is one of the reasons that insurance companies will not pay for it. I wasted my time going to Dr. Wall. I hope anyone who goes to him and receives a PRP recommendation that they obtain another opinion. I am so glad I did. I will not be returning to Dr Wall."
"Lack of follow up and follow through. Didn't respond to any of the insurance company's correspondence"
