Dave gave me the knowledge needed to help take my pain away and gave me the confidence to move. I am now lifting weights again, running, golfing, able to do my job as a nurse, and living my life. Dave is also a movement coach and instructor who works in all three planes of the body with mobility, stability/strength and flexibility. "Shortly after I met Dave at the Scottsdale Y several years ago, where he was playing racquetball on one court, and I was playing handball on the adjacent court, I began going to Dave, as needed, primarily for a bad lower back , in part from scoliosis (curvature of the spine) plus from assorted sports injuries over a span of 40+ years from high school wrestling, to softball, to snow skiing (only once, high school, but it was enough to tear a ligament))from my ankles to my wrist, to my back ,and to my neck.
