Flow Rheumatology

"Tri-fecta Rheumatology Office; front office staff, nurse and the Dr. himself; I Freijatin' love Dr. Freijat! And I told my whole family that when I came home from my appointment with him. He took his time with me and really listened. He looked up my previous medical records right there in the office and actually palpitated the affected areas (didn't just write in his medical notes that he palpitates, but doesn't do it - like other Dr.s I have gone to). I have been dealing with an unresolved and undiagnosed medical issue that just sucks the life out of me. So going to Dr. Freijat gave me so much hope; like a happy, warm sunshine coming into a dark area of my being that I hadn't even realized I had given up all hope on. I had to try hard to hold back the tears in his office. He really cared, he didn't treat me like I was loony or like he didn't have time for me. He ordered imaging and labs for me on the first appointment and on the second appointment ordered me PT and referred me to a neurologist and Dr. Freijet personally contacted the neurologist while I was in the appointment to ensure I could get in. Further, his front office girl is very nice and patient with people, I heard her nicely spell and re-spell Dr. Freijats name to a patient and then give step by step driving directions, all with a positive, happy disposition. His nurse has a down to earth attitude and was very nice as well. Flow Rheumatology's entire office is absolutely wonderful and I feel fortunate to have found them and I am so very grateful to have them as part of my medical team. The only thing lacking was the Sonoran Quest Lab associated with his office. I was initially confused that I was supposed to get my labs drawn at this connected Lab the first time, so I had to make another trip out there to get my blood drawn, however, upon arrival Sonoran Quest did not have one of the vials necessary to fulfill the Dr.s orders, and the phlebotomist, who was also very nice, told me she would have the necessary vial by that Friday - as she was ordering them that Wednesday. Due to my travel schedule and deathly fear of needles, I gave it two weeks and went back in for the blood draw, only to be told that they still did not have the necessary vial and, at this point, advised that I go to another Sonoran Quest Labs Location."

"Called to get a very important medication refilled all week . Left multiple messages. Finally got an answer today at 10a.m said it would be sent over to pharmacy. Had to call them back at 3:30p.m and they said that the Dr hasn’t gotten to it yet. And without this medication I will be put back in the E.R"

I felt compelled to leave a positive review for him because of the outstanding engagement from start to end. Luckily, nothing serious came up for me but Dr Freijat really went above and beyond by starting testing for diagnosis outside of normal work hours, reaching out to me multiple times to see how I was feeling (genuinely caring), know more about my symptoms and ensure no time was wasted. This really meant a lot to me because we live in a busy world where everyone is too busy so you dont always get the attention that you want. Drs are real people as well. They dont know the answer to everything and its important we appreciate their hard work and dedication to help prolong peoples lives and make them feel more comfortable. Thank you Dr Freijat!!"
