"Only the doctors are helpful and supportive. The NP’s and PA’s and less compassionate and more likely to label a chronic pain sufferer as an abuser. It’s very unfortunate you can’t deal exclusively with the doctors. I had a great rapport with all of them but the follow-up appointments are always with the judgy nurses."

"Integrity pain and wellness saved my life! I was in so much pain to the point that I couldn't get out of bed and then I lost so much muscle and became so weak. The epidural injections for my pain and the nerve ablations for my herniated discs have been a life changer for me. Very supportive office, they really listen to you and address your concerns."

"The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the PCP staff at the Mesa office has been great and Dr Ray has been very helpful and supportive. Other than that I would give them zero stars.The anesthesiologist didn’t even review my medical records and if I hadn’t asked what drug she was going to use, I would have received medication I can’t take. As for the Scottsdale office staff, they couldn’t care less about patient care and are only concerned about what is convenient for them. An MRI was ordered but they failed to submit the paperwork on time to my insurance so it was denied. An XRay was ordered but I never got a copy of it nor was it sent to the imaging center. After almost 2 months I had to get another provider to order my scans. My last appointment was changed to another provider and was changed for a different purpose without any explanation or communication."

"Integrity Pain is an excellent facility, from the front desk which is so friendly and responsive (they make me feel very special) and Dr Ray is a true gem. So knowledgeable and empathetic....even my difficult 94yo mom loves him. I trust him completely and confidently refer many pain patients to see him. It took me 3 different pain centers to find relief, so when I say the Dr & staff are great, they really are!"

"I Highly recommend Integrity Pain and Wellness. The front desk and office is the most organize office in my experience as being a patient and caregiver. Kristen the front desk clerk is a huge asset and provides stellar service. I am in the Best Hands with Dr. Rey and Casey. Dr. Rey provided me a great treatment plan with such skills as I do not require sedation for my procedures which allows me a productive lifestyle. I have never had any complications from any of his procedures, He has the best bedside manner. If only his demeanor, knowledge, skills, and care could be cloned. The medical assistants are amazing, I have never had any issues with any billing and they also provide amazing service. I’ve never experienced long wait times, and my messages do get returned in a timely manner.. When I was under Caseys care (NP) she was always great."
