"This would have been 5/5 stars except for the fact that turnover here is so intense that I ended up moving primary care providers. I saw Dr. Jessica Rassas from 2021 to 2023, but when she left, I didn't feel as cared for by the remaining staff. Again, while Dr. Jessica took great care of me, this review is 3/5 because of the lack of care I felt I received once she left, including the lack of questioning my decision to move my primary care once I decided to leave."

"In reply to the businesses’ response: No policy or legal requirement excuses the dismissive, abrasive, and patronizing tone your staff had taken with me. If you needed to refuse my request, that’s fine - you could have done so in a professional manner. —— Janine is rude. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time for a patronizing 10 minute conversation. In discussing accommodations for work, she constantly interrupted me and did not let me speak. Her demeanor was fairly hostile. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a man, and she usually sees women, but I felt incredibly uncomfortable discussing my health with her."
