"I get that the VA is woefully incompetent, but they are unhelpful and incompetent. The doctor bascially blamed all my medical issues on "old age" as she said....I'm 38. The receptionist is basically useless, she cant check you in, make appointments, or call any other clinics for you, so just dont bother asking her for anything."

"This clinic is so frustrating to deal with. I've been dealing with multiple issues since getting out of the military my torn shoulder, knee injury, etc. Half the time my referrals never go through and by the time my time my referral goes through it's already been a couple months. So I basically am waiting months trying to get the care I need or never getting it! The VA is so disappointing no matter where you go. I’ve also had to do lab work done here a few times and every single time they give me a hematoma! My arm should not look like this after a blood draw!!"

"I finally started the process a few month back of signing up with the VA after getting out in 93. So far very impressed!! Called in about enrollment and was done over phone riight off(that call)..Made intial appointment on phone at n/e clinic.. check in and staff was great!! Have had a few appointments for misc at main VA on Indian school.. all great, on time and professional!! Hopefully all holds true in the future... personally I am one that served in combat zone and feel honored to have benefits..... I also know many never saw combat zones and feel entitled to all... so I dont believe all bad reviews..."

"Looks like they fixed the problem of not answering the phones at the NE Clinic. Now the calls are automatically transferred to someone at another location who doesn't know anything. And she can't call them either. All she can do is send them a message, which the vet can already do through Secure Messaging. The people at the Clinic are very professional and personable. But this change is making customer service even worse than it already was. Didn't think that would be possible."
