"I had an awful experience with PA Camilla Jensen at the facility in Scottsdale due to what felt like a dislocated, unstable knee and/or possible torn ligaments. She treated me with extreme rudeness and disrespect. On my way back to the PA 's office, a nurse first wanted to do an x-ray. When I was ushered into the x-ray room, I asked the X-ray tech what the reason was for the imaging, since I did not have any broken bones, nor bone damage. I felt this was an unnecessary step exposing me to radiation, so requested clarity as to why. The technician said to just go ahead and see the PA instead. Ms. Camilla Jensen came into the room and with no introduction, said in a rude voice "Why don't you want to get an x-ray?" There was no hello, no greeting, nothing letting me know who she was. When I asked her name, she was hesitant and very irritated that I was even asking. I explained why I was questioning having an X-ray, then continued to answer her questions as to how I injured my knee. After performing a brief manual exam on my knee, she claimed I had a weak IT band. I asked her what was wrong with my knee, as it completely locked out and I stated that I couldn't bend it all the way back, and was having considerable pain almost 2 weeks later. She couldn't provide an answer and simply scoffed at me and rolled her eyes at any question I asked. She told me had I hurt it in a major accident, instead of "just getting up wrong", she would say it might be more serious, but that me getting up wrong is just the part about "getting old that sucks." NOTE: I am 40 years old. Why is she diagnosing my injury based on my "old" age?? Any and all questions asked by me were met with dismay and outright contempt. Her entire demeanor was condescending, dismissive and intolerant towards me. I felt harassed and looked down upon, due to simply asking for reasons behind an X-ray, prior to any examination. I had doctor friends instruct me to go to a walk-in ortho center for an exam and hopefully, an MRI done or at least ordered. I am beyond frustrated, in a lot of pain and feel shamed after my appointment today. In no way were any of the values, touted on your website, met by her. "OrthoArizona provides exceptional quality and compassionate musculoskeletal care to our community." I tried reaching out to the clinic manager, by phone, and by the website, and still have not heard back yet. The only positive I have to say is the gentleman at the front desk was an absolute delight. He started my appointment off right, made me smile and feel welcome. I also thought the nursing staff was very kind. I felt hopeful going in, but after that experience, would never recommend this place to anyone."

"OrthoArizona is excellent! I went through the walk-in clinic, and within an hour I was x-rayed, assessed and diagnosed, got treatment and out the door. The PA knew exactly what to do, and was very knowledgeable in how to treat me. The tech who administered the treatment was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me fitted. Appreciate everyone!"

Kristie was just amazing with a ready smile, knowledgable showing me my X-rays and explaining what I needed to do next. Wearing a boot until I meet with primary Doc for Foot."
