"Amazing place and service"

"I visited the office 3 times for the pain on my hands and wrists. Each time acupuncture treatment was done on my arms hands head and feet, followed by cupping therapy. Initial consultation was very brief. Maybe like 5 min conversation to describe my symptoms. Acupuncture seemed like it was doing some relief to my pain on Day 1 but the effect didn't last that long. Same day when I went back home, the pain came back. 2nd and 3rd time sessions didn't do much I realized in terms of reducing pain. During sessions, doc didn't say much. She seemed just busy running from one room to another. On day 3, I felt really cold during the acupuncture session with all the ac on and heating light too far from my belly. So I told that to the doc after the acupuncture session prior to the usual cupping session. Doc said "cold here? I am in my menopause so I don't feel cold". I then realized that she may not be as sensitive to cold as me and also may not be a caring person. As a patient I think a practitioner with more understanding heart would be better for me. Overall, the 3 sessions didn't alleviate the pain, and I didn't really get much help verbally from the doc, so I am not recommending this place or coming back for more sessions. Just my two cents for people out there who seek acupuncture therapies. One of my friends told me either it works for you or not so if you feel like it's not doing anything for you find something else asap."

"Dr. Minjoo Oh is simply amazing . I had terrible back, neck and shoulder pain and in few session she significantly reduced my pain and after 8 sessions my pain was gone . She is professional and she knows what she is doing . She made me feel very comfortable and she truly cares about her patients and fixing the problem. I have continued to see her for various other issues for which I always see immediate beneficial results . I can’t recommend her highly enough ."
