"This used to be our pediatrician since the birth of our first child 13 years ago. However, about 2-3 years ago, they sold the practice to Phoenix Children's and since then things went down the drain. In the past 3 years we've only been able to see a pediatrician at this office for a well visit. Every time we called to schedule a sick visit, they told us that they are booked for the next 3,4,5 days and that we should go to urgent care. Also, the wait times on the phone to schedule an appointment are at least 30 min. This wasn't the case before. It's such a pity. It used to be such a good office. Needless to say, we switched pediatricians about 6 months ago for all of our children and we've been very happy with our new office. No wait time on the phone! The doctor sees our kids the same day when they are sick! My advice--stay away from this office."

"While we have liked all the doctors, PAs, NPs, and nurses we have worked with here, we continue to be frustrated with the inability of the office to send prescriptions to the pharmacy without us having to call over and over. I do not remember a time that we did not have to follow up to get our prescriptions sent over. I have three children and it has occurred with all of them and with several different doctors. We even had to have our daughter go to another pediatric office further away for a while because she was medically fragile to prevent further prescription issues. There is clearly an issue with follow up and accountability at this office. I am beginning to feel like we will need to transfer all three to the pediatrician we saw with my daughter despite the distance."

"I’ve called 4-5 times now to get a prescription filled for my child and every day I’ve shown up to my pharmacy to pick it up (3 times this week) it was not called in/filled. I call the office and nobody can help me, no practitioners are ever available to help. I will never go back to this office and do not recommend it. If you ever have something urgent, you won’t get a same day visit with your pediatrician, or any pediatrician for that matter. My friend also stopped taking her child there because she had the same problems. 100% unreliable pediatric office!"

"Very happy with our Pediatrician and the staff that works there. Very efficient. I always have questions and they take the time to explain what is going on. They have more than one office and several clinicians for when you have a sick child and cannot wait for an appointment with your specific clinician. Keep safe everyone!"

"This office is fantastic!! We've been going there for two years now. We have two children that go there. Every person that we've encountered from the front desk person to the nurses on the phone to the providers doctors and nurse practitioners have been wonderful. Several occasions we've been able to get a same day appointment for sick kids and had excellent care each time. The triage nurses on the phone are also fantastic in helping with problems to decide whether or not you should come in for an appointment or are OK to wait. We've seen five different providers for sick visits over the past two years and have enjoyed each one and gotten great care . The providers are always on time and wait times are very minimal. We are very appreciative for this office and can't say enough good things about it!!!"
