"Obnoxious office staff as well as uncaring and ridiculous. I'm in screaming pain and I tried to get a phone number for a surgeon but they refused and told me they weren't taking on new patients. I told them I don't want to be a new patient just please let me know who they feel are top rated surgeons for shoulder surgeries. They refused to help!!! Fortunately I went to another sports medicine clinic and they gave me referral for three surgeons. I'm not sure why these guys have any good reviews because their customer service completely sucks!"
