"I met with Dr. Waiz for my sleep problems. Dr. Waiz was very thorough and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He was prompt with sending in orders for my CPAP. It’s nice to have a doctor who actually cares! Thank you Dr. Waiz!"
"The center has gone downhill since the lead doctor has stopped seeing clients and now dedicates his focus on research. It's next to impossible to get in to even pick up a mask. Today I tried to pick up a mask. I've done three mask fittings before and I want to try the full face one instead of the pillows version. I was told that perhaps I could wait 15 minutes and the 130 swat would no-show and I could then see the respiratory therapist and get a mask. I waited for 20 minutes until 145 and then although nobody came through New came through the lobby. Receptionist told me oh sorry it looks like her 130 showed up so you'll have to come another day. This is just to pick up a mask .they claim they need a mask fitting even though I've already done that. Why do I need to go through the paces. The demeanor of the reception was not of that to really help and she sure didn't respect my time Or that I battle severe devastatingly, exhaustive, myalgic and cephalitis and chronic for fatigue and idiopathic hypersomnia so getting driven over to this location to try to pick up a mask does not come without come without expense and energy wasted because somebody can't go in the back and pick up a mask and then charge me for it at the front desk!"
"Do Not Give your credit card! I went to them in July of '23. Every four months they had charged me for non service on my card. I had to call my bank to have them blocked. They charge me $70. To have someone call me on my phone with my results Plus for the office visits. When I called them about the charges. They did admit it they were wrong. It takes 2 weeks to have my charge reverse. Who wants to wait for that. I have more complaints but I did to go to work. They"
"All they care about is your money, not your issue. Met with Doctor Vajjala for about five minutes, said I had sleep apnea based on my explanation of symptoms. He said I would need to have a at home sleep test performed, and someone would be in shortly to explain the cost of a three day at home test. The man came in and had a contract (clue) with him explaining the cost and I would have to put my credit card on file with them (another clue) and they will charge my credit card at the end of the three day test. I tried the device that night and found it was very uncomfortable. I took it off after a few hours. I called the office in the morning and explained the situation, and returned the device. Office staff stated that someone would call me let me know about any results. No one called!! My insurance was billed for a full three days. I inquired why the bill was for a full three days. I was told because they were able to get a result from the very short test. I have since found another sleep doctor. He was genuine about my issue. I did not have to sign any contract or put a my credit card on file which speaks a lot. They care more about the patient, then the patients money!!!"
