"Anew Scottsdale was a devastating experience! Whatever you do please DO NOT consider Anew Scottsdale for yourself or a loved one. No staff at this facility was equipped or qualified to provide acute care. They employed individuals like Matt who came into female clients rooms in the middle of the night, talk about terrifying. The night staff were made up of complete “dirtbags”. They terrified and threatened clients on a constant basis. There were many lies about the level of care providers can provide. The CEO, Megan, needs to be put out of business. Anew Scottsdale is EXTREMELY manipulative. Not only do they lie about providers qualifications they also lie to families to manipulate them to thinking clients are more mentally incompetent than they really are. They also believe in manipulating clients by over sedating them to the point of not being able to properly function. While clients are walking around like zombies they are doing so in a FILTHY environment. There is improper plumbing and overall care of the facility itself. The nutrition is below subpar and shouldn’t be served to clients to sustain themselves. This treatment center is only out to drain families of money and time. Whatever you do DO NOT consider sending yourself or a loved one to this treatment center."
