"I was Scheduled at 3pm today about 2 weeks ahead of time. i was told to come in 30 minuets before schedule time to fill out paperwork to be ready to see the dr at 3pm witch i did. Waited 45 min and still wasn’t called. It was now passed 3:30 and there was people who came in after me being called to see the dr before me.. i asked why are walk in patients who came in after me being seen before me when I actually had a scheduled time at 3. They told me they are regulars here. They told me it will take another 10-15 minutes to wait. That would of pushed 1 hour from my schedule time at 3 to 4pm. Especially when i came in 30 minutes early like they told me to @ 2:30pm just so they can tell me the doctor wont be able to see me til probably 4. really?? Then why schedule patients a certain time to come in if they are not going to honor the schedule. They had 2 weeks to make sure the dr can see me 3pm... I took an extended lunch hour from work for this appointment and couldn’t be seen by the dr scheduled time. And why make me come in 30 minutesn Early if your dr wont be ready to see me scheduled time@3pm ?? I wasted an hour in the waiting room when i was actually scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. Terrible experience."
