"Dr Ahmed and Mark-NP are terrific. Their office staff is horrible. I've had 2 Appointments canceled without notifying me. It is literally impossible to get office staff on the phone during normal business hours. You can leave a message and may or may not receive a return call."

"If I could give a 0, I would. Please read other reviews, same issues. You can never get a hold of anyone. I had to go and schedule appointments as a walk in. I left messages cancelling appointments - they were not cancelled, I got charged, and doctor sent me a letter saying they would not see me again. Did not have the guts to tell me in face. I begged to be seen because I was not doing well and he knew my history, the doctor refused. This was because I did not pay some missed appointments they did not cancel in time. Money hungry and does not care. Do not waste your time."

"Extremely hard to get to and set up an appointment for at a reasonable time, expect to wait at least a month to get an appointment. Doctor just disappears on days being scheduled, and thus you need another month long appointment wait. Good luck if you need any controlled substances. I went to this doctor for ADHD medication as he is a specialist but I just can't take it anymore. Also, the doctor is difficult to talk to, and I gotta pay like 30 bucks an appointment just to see this guy for fifteen minutes. It's ludicrous, forget about it. I'm not going here again."

"The 1st visit for a deep dark depression ended with me crying in the parking lot. They were in a hurry to rush me out because they were closing even though they asked me to show up early for the appointment that they gave me. The psychiatrist said I could speak with a counselor in house. They made me wait 10 weeks, meanwhile they called to cancel on me the day before my appointment, TWICE. When I called to voice my concern about being blown off for 10 weeks while waiting to talk about depression, the clinical director said I'd be better off going somewhere else. They acted like they were trying to push me over the edge"
