Reviews
"I love this group. Dr. Tony Bui suggested a better medication for my Lupus and Fibromyalgia and were able to not have to take any pain meds again. I had taken pain meds for 15 yrs before finding this group to help me treat my issues in an entire different way. I feel so much better."
"Beyond horrible. Everything from scheduling to medical records is an absolute nightmare. I now understand how legit patients can end up turning to the streets. Phones rarely answered, messages never returned, ect."
"Worst doctor office staff on the face of the planet. They rarely respond to voice mails, never get paperwork requests fulfilled on time. Absolutely horrible. Everyone in their office should be fired! Start from scratch. I would avoid this office like the plague."
"I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. My mom has had arthritis and wrist pain for years. She was referred here to try and get it under control. She called ahead of time to get paperwork sent to her because my mother cannot read or write and needs me to help her fill it out. They sent her three pages of paperwork to full out to her email we have set up for her. I filled out the paperwork and my mom drove 35 miles to her first appointment. When she got there the lady at the desk handed her about 12 pages of things to fill out and sign. When my mother informed them that she cannot read or write and that's why she asked for all the paperwork ahead of time the woman had nothing to say. When she asked for help the lady at the desk told her she's not allowed to help her then asked someone to help her. That woman responded with "I'm to busy for this" (I heard this because I was on the phone with her when she asked, which I might add was incredably embarrassing for her). They made my mother think she had to reschedule her appointment because they screwed up with providing her paperwork then allowed her to reschedule it instead of seeing her and asking for information they needed verbally. I realise that you cannot fill out paperwork for everyone, but when a woman comes in and cannot read or write (which is not that common anymore) it's your duty as a medical professional to see to it that your patient gets the care they need. They did not do this and treated my mother terribly. And the worst part about all of this is, when she got to my house for me to help her with the paperwork it asked the same questions the pervious paper did and went into history information. Which is exactly what medical professionals are for (I know because I am one, your going to ask those questions when you talk to the patient) Why on earth do you have repetitive client forms? My advice to this business is have more compassion for your clients. One angry client can bring your profits down significantly if they make enough noise. Pushing people through your office is not going to help increase your profits if people stop coming to you because your employees have no compassion for them. I sincerely hope this office treats my mother better today for her appointment."
"I'm not a novice to Pain Mgt, I have been going for years. Compared to the last place I was at this place is refreshing. They treat you like a person and not like a drug addict. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The only thing I don't like is that I have not met Dr Anghel. They assign you to a Nurse Pract and you never see the Dr. Yet I would recommend this place to family and friends."
