"I've seen both Dr Bailey and Dr Lichens and have had great experiences with both. I recently had a bad case of vertigo and could not get in to see either doctor. They scheduled me with Lindsay the PA 2 weeks after my initial call. Though she was very nice, the visit was disappointing to say the least. She spent approximately 5 minutes in the room with me looking at my ears and then recommending a therapist. That was it. Did not address any of the other problems I asked. Then at the end she made it sound like she had a list of therapists to give me but when we followed her out she told us just to go and somebody would give us information (no one did). Very confusing and no direction upon leaving. Needless to say it was a total waste of time and money as I could have just gone to see a therapist anytime in these past 2 weeks."

"I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Pryor as my a friend referred me to that practice location. And also because they have the equipment for CT sinus evaluation at that location as well. I originally had an appointment with a PA at the Thompson Peak location. The clinical order for a CT scan was not written correctly so my insurance denied it and I've been waiting over two months trying to get into see someone. I've had to be on the phone with insurance and both offices as they won't let me see another doctor. How can a practice deny me who I want to see for my medical care. The office manager at the Scottsdale location was not helpful at all and said the doctor denied my appointment. Never heard of this before with any practice. Very disappointed in my overall experience and will not refer anyone To either location. I'll also inform my friend who originally referred me of my bad experience."

"Saw Dr. Bailey today for some nose and ears issues I been having, he is very caring and explains everything to his patient so they can fully understand it and he takes the time to listen. Extremely nice doctor with good patient care skills, I would recommend him to anyone. The two girls at the front desk were extremely nice and very helpful with checking in and greeting me as I walked in. This office is top notch for quality patient care."
