"Great service up until my final appointment to get my new hearing aides and then all of the sudden they want to impose a mask policy. Which, according to the office manager, is only required in public spaces, but not when you're one on one with your practitioner. I don't blame the office staff, they're just trying to get paid, and yet they kept pulling their masks down to talk to me. The lack of common sense has just cost them over $15k. Do not comply."

"Annie is by far the nicest nurse I have ever come across. I recently had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and they match my hair perfectly. I also love not having to wear mascara or fill in my eyebrows anymore! I just skip makeup altogether. Annie was amazing. Love her and the entire team!"

"I have never been so rudely spoken to by a Doctor's office. The scheduler and the office coordinator told me to shut up because I was upset and afraid. Completely unprofessional. The patient should come first. p.s. it was you manager, "K**" who was rude and refused to book an appointment."
