I felt ashamed for coming in because the older lady with short brown hair began telling me “You know you can’t keep coming here forever” Do you think i want to as a 20 year old woman? Extremely off putting and the more i saw her, the more inappropriate comments she made. It’s 100% on her for shaming me when she has no idea about my situation. I stopped getting help, i blame her. I hope you’re happy"

Started at the old facility, now at the great new facility where I'm pleased to meet up again with several PTs from the original facility, including Cheryl, Joe, and now my new Steve. Each have been wonderfully competent, encouraging, and also a delightful with whom to work.
