I've been to many care providers who have done just the opposite so I don't like to say thank you to all the staff there."

"I needed to set up a primary care doctor , I called and was setup with an appointment next day. After initial filling of paper work which was received day before and through email. Checkin was a breeze as I was there early as asked. My MA Shelo was friendly and professional. My NP Jennifer Bann was very informative and genuinely concerned about my health. Great first impression overall. The front desk associate was very personable, friendly and professional as well! Although the staff had an unusually busy day with patients were all amazing! Looking forward to my continued visits! Thank you again!"

"I'm not one to exaggerate but honestly from the young lady at front desk and the other two ladies (Jennifer and Shelo) who attended to me once I was called from waiting area were very patient and professional. I had a lot of anxiety and was depressed and I was a difficult and broken patient...God bless their souls. They treated me with respect none the less and they did a thorough job of informing me of my situation and made sure I understood everything being communicated. "The medical field is a hard field, I don’t know enough about how it works. However, the people there are so incredibly kind and patient. I was well taken care of and really felt heard despite my anxiety and tears. They made me feel so incredibly comfortable. If I can, just add one thing and this is the reason I added the first part. Appointments should be held as close to the time as possible. I did have to wait two hours despite having an appointment. Other than that, the staff is AMAZING!!"
