"spent over 2 hours (5+ calls) with the central appointment line to make an appointment to see the orthro doctor, yet this department kept wanting to send me to phoenix office instead of tempe location. 3 separate calls to tempe to confirm they have the doctors there for what i need. no one wants to do a 3 way phone call to clear this mess, so after 2 hours still no appointment. mayo this isn't what i expected from an institution like this."
