I have been under his care for a matter of years, and two (very needed repair) surgeries. *Both of my feet had prior surgeries from a doctor in another part of the state. "My appointment was a bit challenging due to an over 40-minute wait and then I decided to complain. I wouldn't have said something, but I noticed some activity with staff rearranging desks, offices, and equipment, which seemed to delay patient care. It might be worth considering scheduling such movements outside of office hours to ensure smoother patient experiences. I hold Dr. Kennedy in high regard and don't want this incident to reflect negatively on her; however, it did impact the overall experience at the practice."

"Really great experience on my first time with this provider. I arrived a little early and had completed my paperwork prior to the visit. Was checked in and called back on time. The medical assistant who worked with me and did X-rays was courteous but a little quiet, no issues there. The doctor came in, and I was very impressed that she explained all the details about tests and X-rays in detail. Asked me for questions along the way. I was there a little longer than planned, but also had more done than anticipated so it was a great visit. I was displeased with things related to my former podiatrist and this practice checked all those boxes and many more. One visit in, I’ll definitely be back."
