Trailhead Apartments

"Trailhead is by far the nicest place I’ve ever lived and the entire complex is just beautiful. It’s a great area for families and management has been great helping me with some minor issues I’ve had. I use the bike trails in the back multiple times a week and everyone has been friendly, especially when I got locked out of my apartment on accident. Overall, it’s a great bang for your buck."

"My husband and I love living here! It’s in a beautiful location with a nice pool/hot tub, playground, and bike trails that parallel the virgin river. We had an issue with our internet and the management went above and beyond to get it resolved ASAP. The apartment itself is pretty much brand new with nice appliances. Overall we have had an amazing experience at the trailhead and won’t be leaving anytime soon!"

"I actually want to give negative stars. Like negative 5. The building was bought out a few months ago and it has gone so far downhill since then. Maintenance had gone to hell. Dog pee in the hallways, dog poop all over outside on the walkways. Everything is dirty. Completely disorganized management, constant surprise fees that they dont tell you about. I pay two grand for a 900 square foot apartment and I’m currently LOCKED OUT OF IT. My key fob and lock app just aren’t working and they dont give you a manual key for emergencies. Their “emergency” after hours phone number never gets picked up. Nobody answers. Nothing ever gets done. About a month ago our car was parked in our assigned parking spot that we pay for with our sticker on the dashboard. (They want you to put the sticker on your car which i refused to do. I am a young woman, its a safety risk.) even though we were in the right spot, with our sticker on the dash, we woke up the next day to find our car booted. We were then forced to pay the 80 dollar fee to get unbooted. When i explained that that was insane because they had the make and model of our car in their files, and we had our sticker on the dash, and that this was entirely their mistake and by no means our fault, i was told by the manager that that was “my opinion” and there was nothing that could be done. I pay a ridiculous amount in rent for a place that is supposed to look nice but really its like putting gold on poop. Looks nice but its still poop. horrible place to live. So many incidents where the police have been called to building. Nobody cleans up after their animals. Management is rude and unhelpful. Seriously, do not move here."

"I love living here! I love that the building is secure and that you must have a key fob to enter the building after hours and to enter your apartment. Jon, the manager, is the best ever. He takes care of things immediately and is always quick to greet you with a smile and he remembers your name! The apartments are modern and pretty good size. My view is amazing! There is a nice little gym and a swimming pool and pets are welcome here. I also appreciate that the grounds are clean and well-maintained and the environment is quiet and has a nice vibe!"

"New, quiet, convenient location with amazing views. Managerial staff is helpful, responsive and friendly. I love my large pantry and appliances. No carpet was a huge bonus for me. So much easier to keep clean. I expected it to be much more expensive than others, but it isn’t. Easy choice!"
