"I’ve been going to South Mountain Cardiology since my family and I moved to Arizona in 2018. I’m thankful to have found a place where I don’t feel like just a number. From the receptionist, to the nurse who takes you back to check your oxygen and blood pressure, to my actual cardiologist, i’m made to feel like an actual person. My appointment's actually take time because i’m asked in depth questions and i’m encouraged to ask questions. This place is incredible, and even though this facility is now an hour drive for me due to moving to Maricopa, I will continue coming here for my treatments."

"It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. A LOT! This place was a nightmare from the start. After seeing Dr. Hussain once (and waiting over 1 hour to do so) he went on emergency leave for a long long time. I was patient during that time however it was clear the office was incredibly unprepared and mis-manged while he was gone. They cancelled my followup appointment several times dragging out the weeks I had to wait. When calling to schedule appointments and retrieve information I had multiple people telling me different things. I needed a referral to an EP and finally they said they would write it for me while I waiting for Dr Hussain to return.The worst part was they never sent a referral that I needed to the next specialist when they were supposed to, yet again dragging out my care even longer. When I called to complain someone called me back and set blame on the other office and said they did their "due diligence" to resolve my issues. Instead of admitting they dropped the ball they made false claims that they tried to reach me concerning the matter. When in actuality the messages they left were regarding me scheduling an annual followup appointment, not about my referral. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! It gets better.... today I got a call that I am now being sent back to my PCP to write a referral to the other specialist because come to find out, SMCardiology cannot actually write it because of my insurance. CRAZYYYY that after months of this run around, and me waiting on a referral from them, I am now starting at the very beginning again. This office doesn't know left from right."
