Got her in immediately with her knee pain, everyone from the front office to the radiologist (Rocky T.) to the provider (Matt O.) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and Matt really knows his stuff, with 18 years of orthopedic experience. Laid out treatment options, got her out of pain, and sent us away with a real care plan, in the middle of our vacation. We would give them 10 stars if we could."

"I scheduled a walk-in appointment via the website for the same day and was seen right on time. The receptionist was pleasant and the nurse was absolutely lovely. It was the nicest and cleanest urgent care I’ve ever seen. The nurse took great notes because the doctor was well versed in why I was there and actually listened to me. Provided a clear explanation of what I was experiencing and written instructions for how to proceed. I was in an out in 25 min, even with waiting on a test result and good conversation with the doctor. I almost didn’t want to leave a review so I could keep this magical unicorn urgent care to myself but I know how hard it can be to feel comfortable at a doctor’s office so I had to share this incredibly positive experience. Keep up the good work even when you’re the most popular urgent care in the area!"

NP addressed all my questions and concerns. She was very nice and supportive.
