"I sub leased this place from a friend of mine for about 8 months while he was out the country. While the establishment is great it’s self. Some of the staff members are really smart mouth and off putting. I wasn’t even aloud in a few times and they took me through hoops and hurdles and tried to escort me to my friends door whom I was sub leasing. California is already weird to me being from Ohio. This situation didn’t make it better. I didn’t want to cause a scene or get my buddy in trouble but if I see the front gate security out in public. It’s definitely on sight."

"The man who sits in his box outside the gate to let people in is very rude and unprofessional. I know that he is probably unhappy in his personal life that’s why he takes it out on other people because he is powerless in his own life. He wouldn’t let me ask any questions about how to get inside to drop off a DoorDash order, he told me I could leave the cookies on the street or sidewalk and then proceeded to laugh in my face and slam his little tiny window and hide in his little tiny box that ironically is the perfect size for his napoleon complex."

"There's a dark aura of this place. A close personal friend of mine tragically hurled himself from his 27th floor balcony, splattering on the pool deck below. The breakfast could also be improved, the lox had an odd hue to it. Beautiful building though"

"Upscale luxury high-rise apartment condo building in Century City. Located next to Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. Great view of the ocean and downtown L.A. on higher floors. Very expensive but this is unique living in style. This location is also less than a 30 minute drive from LAX airport or the beach."

"Just my two cents: The Century is hands down-one of the best residential buildings in California! Only the loftiest 3-5% will live here. An initial grande tour shall be a welcome invitation... ***JC *Comes equipped with personal ocean view. **Taxes, leases, licenses and other fees need not be included."
