"Worst experience I’ve had with a doctors office in so long. I’ve tried to go to this office several times and every time I have an issue. First time they tried having me pay cash when I have insurance. Then they did my blood work wrong when I went to a specialist that they recommended I was told all my numbers where normally. This last time I have been trying to reach the doctor for three days regarding covid and I can barley get a call back and when I do it’s by the very sassy/ rude receptionist. Please don’t visit this doctor spend your time and health somewhere else!"

"I was seeing doctor Holland for a few years and was getting my medicine and feeling great. He is a great guy and a good doctor. However the office randomly closed and moved temporarily without telling the patients they hired a new nurse practitioner who has been absolutely terrible I paid $70 cash to see her and brought all my recent labs that I paid for out of pocket. She said a was missing a certain lab that doctor Holland never requested before. I then had to pay out of pocket to get my labs redone and I was out of medcine so my levels were low. Then the nurse practitioner wanted me to pay an additional $70 to see her again. It seemed like a total scam. She could just look at my past record. So I will not return until I can go back to Joshua Holland and feel back to normal again."

"I am a current employee who has been working here for a year and a half now and love it here. Not only do I love the people that I work with and the doctor that I work for, I also love the relationship I have with the patients we treat. I love going above and beyond to try and meet the needs for our patients but it sucks that sometimes there are certain things out of our control. It saddens me that those patients we could not satisfy think poorly of us when all we try to do is set the example that our patient's well being come first. However, with that said it is important that those unhappy patients take responsibility and accountability for their actions as well. You have to understand every demand asked by our patients cannot be met and it isn't because we fail to care about them but more because it will put the doctor's license at risk, it's against the law or out of our hands because it is an insurance issue or etc. We know we are not going to satisfy everyone since we are not perfect but we sure continue to try since we do care about our patients even the ones we can't satisfy."

"Stay far far far away from this office. This place went way downhill they have no compassion or care for their patients well being and quiality of life. They don't care if your sick in bed not able to work and take care of your family. I was a patient for 3 long years then dropped like nothing for missing an appointment. The office receptionist Kristina is a real piece of work she lied to me about scheduling an appointment so I would pay my balance then once I paid she said Dr Holland is dismissing you for missing your last appointment. They referred me first to a pain managment that wasn't excepting new patients then to a pain managment place that finally returned my call a week later even tho on their voicemail says they will return your call within 24 hours. So now I'm stuck sick in bed trying to hurry and find a new Dr so I can get back to work and normal life."

"My husband has been seeing Dr. Holland for a few years now and the staff is always friendly and Dr. Holland is great. Whenever I go in with my husband and have questions Dr. Holland always takes the time to answer them and make sure we understand what is going on and why. He is always very informative and insightful whatever the question or need may be. Plus as a bonus the wait time is never long. I wish every office was as punctual with their appointments."
