"This is a startup agency with an IOP clinic and a BHRF. The management is very confused with poor leadership and management skills. Some of the managers they are in their position simply because they are friends to the owners. Very disrespectful towards their employees. Very unprofessional when it comes to problem solving. They have high expectations from their staff to get the job done without providing proper training. Very subjective with always taking sides from those who are close or friends to management team. I hope they continue seeking more training and education in leadeship and management."
