"No one likes going to urgent care because of the wait and for obvious reasons… needing urgent care, but the service provided was excellent, the nurse at the front desk was fast, friendly and accommodating and so was the entire team. The doctor did a great job with my son and there is not one complaint about our service this evening. We were very pleased, thank you!"

"My actual experience at the urgent care facility was great, they saw me quickly and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 2 star review is that this urgent care bills as if it was an Emergency Room visit through CRMC - so it's double the price of other Urgent Care facilities in the area. Be very wary of going to this facility if you think you're going to be billed like a standard Urgent Care..."

"I had to take my three-year-old here, and I was in and out within forty minutes, which I think isn’t too bad for urgent care. The entire staff was cordial and friendly, and the nurse and doctor were great with my son, making him feel comfortable and not at all scared."

"Honestly the best urgent care experience I’ve had. Staff got me processed as soon as possible, everyone was very nice and non-judgmental. I was able to see a physician (MD/DO) which I appreciated. They didn’t over-prescribe for my condition either and gave me good thorough care. Highly recommend! I believe this used to be a different healthcare provider before Dignity, so I can’t speak for how it used to be/if older reviews are outdated."

"This was my first visit here and I was impressed with the overall efficiency of the facility. Everything seem to be running like a clockwork during my short visit. There were no frustrated crowds in the waiting room. Also no delays in checking in, preliminary exam by the nurse and consultation with the doctor. Patients seemed to coming and going at regular intervals. Lab work needed for my diagnosis was performed quickly in the facility. Couple of factors made my visit pleasant; on line scheduling so I did not have to wait, and the general great attitude of the staff. It also helped that there is reserved parking for urgent care patients near the entrance."
