"The staff at the front desk was incompetent and rude they made me feel like I am nuisance and not a valued customer. I schedule appointment online and expected to be seen by a doctor for contact. It took an hour to get to see doctor and when i walked in I asked him who can address that nonsense at front desk to which he responded that he just work here and he brushed me off. He performed the eye exam and was rushing , I felt he wanted me out of the e room as soon as possible . When i had follow up questions his answers were defensive and argumentative. After Such a poor experience as a patient and customwr Iam not able to trust this exam evaluation and I would like to request refund."

Found frames that I liked, which is often challenging to do as my face frame is on the small side, and price was very reasonable. Options were all explained and nothing felt “pushy”. I had a coupon and insurance, but even so, this was the least amount I’ve ever paid and I don’t feel like there was any compromise on quality. I would recommend them!"

"Went in because I had something stuck in my eye and was in horrible pain. Was able to be seen right away. Dr. Lopez saw me and I asked if I should remove my contact and he said, no. He looked into my eye and saw the debris. He was able to remove the debris and I felt better. I got home and removed my contacts to use my glasses to let my eyes rest and my eye was in excruciating pain. I called back and he was gone for the day. I asked about another location and was told I’d get a call back in 5 minutes when they could get an answer from the Dove Valley location. No one called me back. Called several other eye doctors and was able to be seen right away at another office. The advised me not to put a contact back into that eye and wear my glasses on the drive over. I was seen right away and they gave me a numbing drop for the exam. The doctor saw debris left over and most likely was trapped under my contact and not taken out because I was told I didn’t need to remove my contact by, Dr. Lopez. The new doctor used a dye and saw a scratch on my cornea. Dr. Lopez missed it! He did not do his job thoroughly. I left the new office with, lubricating eye drop, a Rx for antibiotic drops. I was advised not to wear contacts for a week to let my eye heal. I found my new eye doctor. I will never return to Pearl Vision! They don’t even have a full time eye doctor. There’s a doctor there only 3 days a week or half days of the 3 days. I received a text from Pearl Vision stating that Dr. Lopez advised me to go to the ER. Glad I found a eye doctor that cared, did his job well, cared about my eye health and gained a new client. My eye is doing great 24 hours after seeing my new eye doctor."
