Banner Urgent Care

"This is the first time I visited Banner Urgent Care and I will never go back. Ronald West PA was the person I met with. During my appointment, he appeared to be very rushed even though he came into the exam room before my scheduled time. He never once looked in my direction as he rushed around the room. I had been suffering for three weeks with a severe cold which had turned into bronchitis and said the CDC recommended taking honey for my severe cough and chest congestion. He told me the bronchitis would need to run it's course. I asked him how long that might take, he said "weeks" as he walked out of the exam room. I have shared my experience with several of my friends and have been told by all not to ever go to Banner Urgent Care again. They all had horror stories about times they had gone to this clinic. Take my word for it, NEVER go to Banner Urgent Care. They are the worst."

"this is where i usually go when i need a quick checkup or something feels off, and ive never had a bad experience until today, the receptionist and the nurse that saw me were both very nice and listened to me but the doctor was not and did not. she seemed irritated with me asking questions and i ended up crying after she left the room because i felt like my concerns were not considered or even heard and she just wanted me to leave. i had told her before then that i was already anxious. i can’t seem to find her anywhere but on my paperwork it says her name was Theresa. i’ve never posted a review either but it felt needed."

"I thought facility was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and being run by a competent employee. The P.A. was great and very knowledgeable. She made me feed comfortable too. This was for a broken hand that I was very nervous about getting too."
