"I felt really comfortable here. The hearing exam was very thorough. I did not feel pressured at all unlike some other hearing aid clinics. I’m very satisfied with the hearing aid I purchased. The unusual experience I had at Priority Hearing is that I really only needed one hearing aid and that is what Dr Anderson prescribed. Good hearing aids are expensive but I have found that they are worth it. I highly recommend this location and Dr Anderson if you’re having hearing issues. I really like leaving the word “huh” out of my vocabulary."
"We had an appointment Is with Doctor Anderson today at Priiority Hearing. Very caring and professional. He was able to remove an unusually large amount of ear wax which was preventing me from hearing. We will be following up with him every couple of months. For all your hearing needs visit Doctor Anderson. You will not be disappointed. I cannot thank him enough."
"I have been wearing hearing aids since 2016. My hearing is important to me. With my hearing loss, I struggle to understand most conversations. I started to isolate myself from others due to not being able to understand what they were saying and was tired of asking people to repeat themselves on a constant basis. I went to three different hearing aid providers in the greater Phoenix area. Three results were disappointing each time. When my insurance company put me in touch with Priority Hearing, I was skeptical at first, based on my previous experiences, but was very pleased by the extra time and test that were conducted. When it I picked up my Oticon Real hearing aids Dr. Anderson conducted a test to ensure that the hearing aids were actually providing the sound/ volume that my prescription called for. I now can hear conversations without asking for the speaker to repeat themselves. I highly recommend Priority Hearing for your hearing needs, stay away from the chain stores."
"I worked there for a 3 weeks. First week I was watching videos on how the EMR system worked and basic information about the company. Second week I spent being trained by the Patient Care Coordinator Lead that was good at her job but very pushy and asked me to get out of the way most of the time. I came from being a Front Office Manager in an allergy office, so I'm 100% sure I know how to treat patients and schedule. The third week they sent me to the location I was hired for, saying they trained me enough to be on my own. Certain Patient situations would come up that I had not experienced before and I was not trained enough to handle taking all the calls, all at once. They even had me taking calls from a cell phone which is completely unprofessional. They also needed to forward the calls to my cell phone, which again, was unprofessional. By Friday of the third week I was told have a great weekend, you're doing great! Come Monday, they had the Lead Patient Care Coordinator watch over me and fired me at the end on the day saying I wasn't a good fit that I wasn't doing my job. That was completely unfair, having only one week of training is not enough."
"I have to give Priority Hearing and Tinnitus five stars. Dr. Anderson made the process of getting my first hearing aids easy and stress-free because he takes the time to explain everything so well. Now I have these wonderful, quality hearing aids, and I love them. I especially appreciate my follow-up appointments where Dr. Anderson "fine tunes" my hearing aids to meet my personal needs. It has been a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Priority Hearing and Tinnitus to anyone who wants to hear better."
