"This company can't seem to get it together with scheduling and have cancelled on me without proper notification THREE times (not including the mixed up automated messages and me having to contact them to reconfirm another three times with the office). When I did the home study, their equipment was faulty, so they continued with a follow up and request an appointment where I went and the doctor didn't even come into the room. They had someone that needed clinical hours come in and tell me I had to go in for an in house study. The in house sleep study was about the only pleasant thing that has happened so far. At this point it's been about 4 months since I've started this process with PMG and nothing has been resolved."

"I couldn't be any happier than to have Dr. Pierrend as my PCP. Always helpful, insightful, caring, friendly and professional. He always greets me with a handshake and a "Hello, my friend." And his best assest, he "listens". He asks follow-up questions and discusses optional treatment regimens. THIS is the treatment everyone should deserve and have. "I see Dr. Arpino, I think He is a great Dr. He takes the time to listen to you if they are busy or not. Sometimes they can get swamped at this location (just shows people like it ). Seams like He really cares and does a thorough good job. Whether they’re busy or not. Very smart I have gone here for years now, great service."

"I’ve had the worst experience with the Peoria location. Saw Dr. Steiner before she left on maternity leave, things went downhill fast. Even though she said she had prescribed my inhaler for a year that didn’t happen. Pharmacy could never get ahold of them for my refills. Left numerous messages to Jasmin, nurse left in charge, as well as for her assistant Younique, several times she said it was handled and that it was my insurance who was holding it up. I still don’t have my inhaler. This has gone on for over 2 months now. Called my insurance, they said no one has called them and if they receive something from Drs office they process ASAP. It’s been almost a month. Have to now go to urgent care. DO NOT recommend Phoenix Medical Group at all."

"First impression go a long way ⚕️ staff is very friendly and helpful not a long wait time with an appointment location is somewhat hard to find the first time make sure to use your Google maps it your best friend overall experience would be great hope you have the opportunity to visit I recommend this medical group"
