"So disappointed by the scheduling staff and front desk. This is the 21st century and there's absolutely no excuse for making your cancer patients wait in the reception room for over 90 minutes. Have the common courtesy to communicate or reschedule, they have the right to know they will be waiting 2 hours for a 15 minute treatment."

"Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Cox. I felt like she rushed my appt, didn't listen to my concerns and referred me out to plastic surg as soon as she could. I had some complications after i saw her, and was referred back to her by my OB/GYN. I called 3x requesting an appt and she literally told her staff that she is refusing to see me. She told her staff it's not her problem and when I asked her who can help me--no one followed up. I came here because of the reviews and that was not my experience at all."
