"For the first six months of my care from OSH, I was quite satisfied with the care and attention that I received. However, running interference from the calls I make is annoying and is why I am giving a 1-star review. I am told that because I am now in hospice care with Hospice Of The Valley that I am no longer accepted as a patient by Oak Street Health. When I requested that someone in a decision making capacity explain this to me, 10 days now and still no call. Pretty sad that less than qualified staff can tell a patient that they are no longer going to be treated"
