"Do not under any circumstances go to this office following an auto mobile accident (honestly I wouldn’t go here at all) because they’re scammers. First after treatment they threatened to send a minors account to collect if we didn’t hire an attorney. We have health insurance and they refused to bill it but only after Vanessa said their office was in network with our insurance. Then Dave Rusick tried to intimidate said minor into convincing parents they needed an attorney, even going as far as to threaten that this affect minors credit, ability to go to college and even buy a car. Many attempts to discuss matters have been made on our end. We’ve spoken to Dr. Stewart who I am told is the owner, spoken to Nancy and Vanessa and had Dave Rusick call last week. During the call Dave repeatedly spoke over me so much he didn’t realize I had the adjuster for auto insurance on the call. Dave was rude and ended up hanging up on me and the adjuster before she could announce herself on the call. AMFAM notified us following that call that they were no longer going to pay this office for the bills sent in and adjuster has turned file over to Special Investigation Team for unethical business practices. We’ve been directed to file formal complaints with the State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners, AZ Attorney General’s Office and the Secretary of State - all of which we are in the process of doing."
