"I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks with no success and the office personnel are so rude. Everytime they state they havent received the referral and when I ask what other means I can get it to them because maybe it is a fax issue they gave me an email and after I sent the email I asked them if they can verify if it was received to which they stated they dont have access to that email while they giggled. After I got off the phone I got an email back stating that was not a valid email. At this point dealing with this office is not even worth it and I had my insurance switch the referral to a different business, there is no point of dealing with this type of office personnel when someone is already sick."

"I had a scan and MRI. They made me schedule an appointment when they only had the scan results and not the MRI results. I was there for an hour and paid my $40 for the doctor to literally walk in and say my "scan was normally, call back in a few days to get the MRI results". That was a complete waste of my time and money. I felt like someone could have called to tell me that or at minimum we could have waited to have an appointment until at least they had both results. Also, I have never had to call the doctors office to check to see if they had the results of a test of mine. I have always had them call me when they actually receive them."

"This office in Goodyear is amazing. The staff and the doctor were very professional and caring. The lobby is very comfortable. My husband was with me. He enjoyed the comfortable chairs and TV. Bathrooms were very clean. I live about 25 miles from the Goodyear office. I was not looking forward to the drive and traffic. However, once there, I could see it was well worth the drive. Highly recommend this practice."

"I am so happy with the service at all the facilities. The experience at both sleep labs was remarkable and I fondly remember the Medical Assistants from both visits. And the Kind front desk Girls were so helpful and very intelligent and integrated with each Patient and their individual care plans. My quality of life has been upgraded thanks to these people and their support. And by them listening to my needs, they have given me so much. I am completely satisfied and will trust in Phoenix Neurology."

"I'm sure that running a medical practice is difficult and complicated, but I'm fairly certain that this is the worst medical provider I've ever encountered. My interactions with Dr. Anderson have always been positive. But unfortunately the rest of my interactions with this office have been terrible. I've been a patient here for over two years and every moment has been frustrating, confusing, and unhelpful. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment scheduled. And even if you do get an appointment, it might get cancelled or rescheduled on short notice or zero notice at all, and often without an explanation. It's also extremely difficult to get medications filled or insurance billed properly. I wish I could continue listing all the other ways I've been so awfully let down by PNSM, but I'm just too tired."
