"We took our kiddos, 4 & 6 to bowl for the first time. Lewis was working at the desk and was incredibly nice. We used bumpers and a ramp for the kids and they had a fantastic time and asked when we could go back as we headed home in the car. I wanted a true old school bowling alley feel so they wouldn't be distracted by a huge arcade or or other flashy things. This place fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely be back!"
"Someone needs to address the manager over this location. There is a manager on Friday nights named John, who would not speak to any of us league bowlers unless we were an officer in the league. When we approached the front counter we were talked over and told he would not explain anything to us unless we were an officer of the league. At one point he "dismissed" a server named Jayne in front of my whole team and the teams next to us because she was trying to get tickets fixed that were rang incorrectly from the bartender. He actually told her she was "dismissed". Who talks to an employee like that in general, much less in front of the people she waits on. Our tabs were all wrong. Was told a special for $3.50 was going on. We ordered the "special" and recieved a tab with $8.50 for EACH drink. Then there is the manager who says it's his center... pretty sure his name is Lewis (black guy). He likes to scream at the bowlers from the front desk. Has done this several times since he started here. He disappears once the league starts and then never shows back up. Not very personable to be a manager where you need to interact with customers. Maybe he needs to find something more suitable to his personality. Our league has had a meeting and discussed that many of us will not be coming back to this house. Management is rude. Our league sheets are never correct. The officers of this league are not the only ones that matter. We pay just as much as they do."

"This bowling alley has the best lanes and the staff is incredibly supportive. Troy is a big help and he makes our bowling experience amazing. I will be returning to this bowling alley in the future especially because of Troy."
