"This place never disappoints. Food was amazing, service was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. More of a brunch spot than a "mimosa for brunch" spot but I'd say the best brunch spot in Chandler. The only down side is they're so good, you're going to wait. If you get here around 8am, you'll have no problem getting it but 11am is a wait. Well worth it if you are looking to enjoy your food and it's flavors and not just fill the tank and go. I normally don't finish my pancakes/ French toast/waffles. I just order it to try and for taste. But I'm not even a fan of blackberries or blueberries but this French toast was something different. The Eggs Benedict was very flavorful also. The hollandaise sauce was good but nothing you need 8oz and a straw for and the avocados were ripe but a little more al dente than i like. Maybe tomorrow would have been the perfect ripeness. But the bacon was the right amount of salty and crispy but not over/ under cooked and the arugula with a splash of lemon really made this dish amazing. Portions aren't huge BUT this is quality over quantity and if you want the best quality in the area, i haven't found one better."

"For those of you that read my reviews you're fully aware of my obsession with all things eggs benedict . Today while out and about with a few of my kids we decided to stop for a late breakfast. I was so excited to see a new eggs benedict on their seasonal menu. This one definitely has some flare and I was unsure at first if I should go for it. You only I've once though so I decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did. I love when a restaurant thinks out of the box and the Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict was just that. I was questioning what it would be like with a quesadilla instead of an English muffin, but our server Jenna reassured me with how good it was. When it arrived it looked fantastic and paired well with the black beans as my side. The Vera Cruz hollandaise sauce (has added pico mixed in) had the perfect kick. The barbacoa quesadilla is prepared quesabirra style. The meat was tender and it all paired so well together. My eggs were poached to my liking. while the yolk was a little runny it was not too poached or dry yolk. I enjoyed a purple haze drink with my meal as well. Service was awesome. Jenna was friendly, kind and helpful with my questions. My kids all enjoyed their meals. My son's girlfriend who had never been to a First Watch is now a total fan. Great stop today!"

"The food was typical of a breakfast brunch location, nothing out of the ordinary. The coffee was decent, again nothing that screams “favorite place” it was average. Had a menu item and a seasonal item, we were expecting more flavor, but it was not there. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. There are many options around the area that are similar."
