"Non participate must sing a waiver whether or not you are participating when the lazy employees congregate around the front desk with no structure garbage all over balls laying everywhere where you can slip on but they want you to sign a waiver so they are not held responsible for being lazy as I sit here wrighting this review there is a manager and 3 other employees just sitting doing nothing not concerned about the safety hazards going on around them I have more to say but don't have the words at this time"
"My kids love this place. Every time we visit my in-laws, they want to go there. Everything about this place is nice, including their prices. It's a decent size place, and it offers many options for the kids. You should definitely check it out. If you can go during the weekdays, it would probably be better."
"Meh….. Very weird experience at this facility. The lack of adult supervision was evident, as only children were on staff. Additionally, we found it odd that adults had to pay for admission that we not using the facility. This felt like a miss understanding but nobody corrected us. Despite paying, we faced difficulties. We didn't receive wristbands and had to search for our purchased socks in an unorganized pile as the two kids running the front disappeared. Moreover, the absence of staff prevented us from buying drinks, and older children were playing in areas designated for younger ones, compromising safety. Overall, our Friday night experience was unsatisfactory. This facility needs better attention to detail and sufficient staffing for safety. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to prevent potential harm to visitors. I can’t see us coming back until this is changed and I certainly would not have signed a waiver going into a facility ran in this way."
"Can someone explain who designed this bus with 666 on the license plate? Seriously? I appreciate the effort to turn the 6 into an 8 but this section should be replaced or covered. We visit all the Uptown Jungles but this is just very wrong."
"From the moment we entered, a nice young lady helped us and made sure the kids' excitement felt welcome. She did a great job managing their energy levels! The climbing section stood out to us, mainly because of the super-friendly staff. They cheered the kids on, making the experience enjoyable for everyone! A truly memorable outing!!"
