"I wish i could give less than a 1 star. We went in because our 17 year old dog was having seizures, unable to move, crying in pain and had done a complete 180 overnight. We went in to say goodbye as we didnt want to see her in pain and suffering, it wasnt right to do to her but the vet absolutely refused to listen to us and instead sent us home with a ton of medication and a large bill, much larger than what was quoted and we were told to wait 24 hours. I then had to sit up all night listening to my dog scream in pain even through the pain meds the vet had given her and when we tried to call back they hung up on my wife, refused to answer the phone, then when we finally did get them to answer said well i guess we may be able to see you in about 6 hours and were extremely rude to my wife who was justifiably emotional and crying. they have no empathy, refuse to listen and treated my wife and i like dirt. But they were happy enough to take my money"

"Our heeler dog was bitten by a Mohave rattler. Even though we were unable to get care for 14 hours, Dr Monika and her staff were fantastic. Our dog was paralyzed and had blood in his urine and faeces. He clearly looked as though he would not survive. Monika followed up with us, and left medical supplies by her office, out of hours, for us to collect. Amazingly, our dog survived. We would highly recommend Monika for veterinary care. She is very kind towards the animals."
