"Revising revision..as requested, did reach out to your office; my call to you was not returned. Saw competitor and issue has been resolved. Further concerns, after not being able to make an appointment (called February, no appointments until May), were that spring break appointments are now avaliable ...you seem to have now added staff...good. Suggest clinical staff include someone available for 5 minute check to learn if a spot of concern will become dangerous and require treatment sooner than 3 months. Concerns were addressed. Good visit and minimal embarrassment during full body exam. Friendly and, at the same time, professional. REVISING review. This office has too many patients and was not able to schedule an appointment for an area of concern until 3 months out. Did not offer tucson office as an alternative. Melanoma can become life threatening within 6 weeks. Was able to schedule an appointment with competitor, who did offer appointment in Tucson."

The physician's assistance however didn't incur my complete trust as she asked me about a previous treatment that I had had and how the doctor proceeded with the treatment and when I suggested she could check my record she never looked to see how he handled the situation, just proceeded without the information and treatment that had worked well before."
