"I showed up at 8:35 for my 8:45 appointment, after check in I saw other cars being pulled into the bays. At 9:20 nobody had gotten to my car yet so I left without saying anything. I never received a call or text to see if I was still there. I'm a busy person and I made an 8:45am appointment for a reason. 1 star for wasting my time."

"I have only ever done business with Discount Tires in multiple states. I typically am very pleased with their services, prices, and warrantees. After coming to this location five times now over the last couple of years, I will not be back. I would rather drive to a Tucson store for work to be done. I would spend an extra couple hours of driving, but I’d still have more time than wasting here. They often do not have tires in stock- common tires. The guys up front seem nice, but the services rendered have left me dissatisfied every single visit."

"Friendly service, only complaint is the wait. A more accurate wait time would be nice next time. If it's going to be several hours, you could just say that instead of telling every person that the wait is one hour when you know it's going to be longer. This gives customers the opportunity to make better use of their time, instead of sitting around forever when they could have arranged to be picked up while waiting. If I had been told the wait was a few hours instead of one hour, I would've gone elsewhere during the wait. Also the text saying my car was ready was sent to me 15 minutes prior to it actually being ready to go."
